Named Tigers

The Sumatran Tiger trust would like to thank the  following individuals and companies who have adopted and named the following tigers...

 "Enshalla" Named in loving memory of  "Enshalla" who was the Queen of Tampa, Fl.  In her 
death may another Sumatran tiger be given life. We will remember you always: Brian, Carie, Jeff and Coleen.

 

 

"Chief" a wild Sumatran Tiger named in memory of Christopher Williams 

 

 

 

 

"Betty"- a wild Sumatran Tiger living freely in Senepis Buluhala named by South Axholme Community School.

 

 

 

 

"Becky" a wild Sumatran tiger from Bukit Tigapuluh named in honour of Becky Hadfield by Julian Hadfield

 

 

 

 

"NINI"   A wild Sumatran Tiger living in the forests of Way Kambas National Park.  Named  by Big Cat Rescue Florida after their 22 year old tigress who died recently.  

 

 

 

"DIAMOND" 

a precious wild Sumatran Tiger living freely in the forests of Sumatra.  Named and adopted by the children and staff of Cottam Primary School, Nr Preston.

"SCATH" 

a wild Sumatran Tiger Named and adopted by Brian Coffey of Chester.

 

 

 

"HOBBES"

a wild Sumatran tiger living freely in the forests of Bukit Tigapuluh adopted and named for Domhnull Maclver

 

 

"JANET"

a wild Sumatran Tiger living freely in Way Kambas National Park, Sumatra adopted and named after Janet Stokes, by her husband.

"TIGNU"

a wild Sumatran Tiger living freely in Bukit Tigapuluh National Park, Sumatra, adopted and named by Norwich Union following a "tiger day" fundraiser

"ZAK"

a wild tiger from Way Kambas National Park,  named by Wendy Lea for Alan Paul Sidebotham in  memory of their beloved Dog. 

Named by Great Berry Primary School, Essex. One fundraising idea Harry Gabell and friends came up with to help  raise the £250 needed to name Rory was a competition where each child paid £1 to suggest a name.  And the chosen name – suggested by Jennifer Munro -  “RORY”

Elizabeth Walsh from Co Durham named this wild tiger "LIZZY LOU" in honour of her good friend Claire Moralee.

 

 

A big thank you 
 to ST PATRICK'S CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL, Workington who raised £250 to name this wild tiger "TOBY"

This beautiful wild tiger from Way Kambas National Park has been named and adopted by MOOREND CHURCH OF ENGLAND FIRST SCHOOL in Cleckheaton.  The name chosen? - "TIGERLILLY"
